The first time you sign in to the Verily Me app, you will be asked to sign the Verily Me Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Consent to Share Health Records, HIPAA, and Consent to Care. You must sign the consent(s) to join and participate in any study, registry, or program in the future.
Tap the expand icon and review each document.
Next to a document name, check the box to acknowledge your review.
At the bottom, click Agree to accept all terms.
To access these documents later:
In the top left hand corner of the homepage, click your Profile icon.
Scroll down to the Privacy and legal section.
Click a document name to review document contents.
