Troubleshooting/tips

I don’t see the + Log Food button on my homepage. Can I use meal logging in Verily Me?

Confirm that your Verily Me app is up to date and you are on the latest version.

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Search for the Verily Me app.

  3. Click the logo to open the Verily Me page with additional details.

  4. In the What’s New section, confirm the latest Verily Me version number.

The version number in the App/Google Play Store should match the version found at the bottom of your Verily Me Profile page. If you are not on the most recent version of Verily Me, be sure to update it now.

I took a photo of my meal, but forgot to upload it to Verily Me. Can I still upload the photo at a later time?

If you upload an existing photo of your meal, Verily Me will log the meal according to the timestamp on the photo. For example, if you took a photo of your meal yesterday, but uploaded it to Verily Me today, Verily Me will still read the photo’s timestamp and log the meal for yesterday’s date.
