  1. On your mobile device, open the Verily Me application.

  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.

  3. Check your email for a 6-digit security code. Be sure to check the inbox of the email address you used to sign up.

  1. Return to the Verily Me app and enter the 6-digit code sent to your email. Tap Continue to log in.
