Verily will gather health records from your providers so you can see the following health data on your Verily Me homepage.

  • Past visits

  • Medications

  • Vaccines

  • Procedures

  • Conditions

  • Test results

  • Vitals

You’ll receive a notification when your health data is available to review, usually within a couple of days of successful identity verification. Please take a moment to look over your records and make sure everything looks correct so we can give you the best health recommendations. A licensed provider will review your health records and provide you with personalized health recommendations. You will receive a notification when your health recommendations are available for review. You can periodically request an update to your health recommendations. When you do, we’ll retrieve your latest records to generate the updated recommendations.

Missing health records

Verily works with your providers to retrieve all health records that we can. In some instances, data may be marked as sensitive, such as behavioral or reproductive health data. In this case, data retrieval may be restricted by law so these records would not appear in Verily Me. If you feel you are missing health records, reach out to your provider to ensure your records are accessible by Verily.

Unrecognized health records

If you happen to see health records that do not belong to you, report it immediately using Verily’s Contact Us form. In the feedback description, include that you are seeing unrecognized health records.

Incorrect health records

If you notice inaccurate records displayed in Verily Me, reach out to Verily Me Support. Include a screenshot of the incorrect record and a description of what you feel may be inaccurate. When describing your issue, refer to the definitions below.

  • Incomplete data → Health record was pulled, but the data seems incomplete to me (i.e. - missing provider names, dates, etc.)

  • Unexpected data → Seeing health data that is unexpected or does not pertain to me (i.e. - a provider you have not visited)

  • Duplicate → Health records are correct, but duplicated (i.e. - repeated results)

Troubleshooting/tips

I don’t see some or all of the health data I expected to see.

Depending on your current progress in Verily Me, the data you are seeing may actually be expected.

  • Confirm if your home address is within 50 miles of the provider that you are missing data from.

  • If you have used a different name in the past, health records associated with your previous name(s) may not appear in Verily Me. To correct this, you will need to contact the providers you visited under your prior name(s) and request that they update your name in their system to authorize data sharing with Verily Me.

If you still feel that your data is not displaying properly, reach out to Verily Me Support for assistance.
