Download the mobile app
To download the Verily Me app to your mobile device:
On your mobile device, open the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store.
Search for Verily Me.
Click to begin downloading the Verily Me mobile app to your device.
Once downloaded, click on the Verily Me tile to open the app and create an account or log in.

Set up biometric verification and notifications
At first login:
The first time you sign in to the Verily Me app, you'll have the option to set up biometric verification and your notification preferences.
Biometrics
You can use biometric verification, like Face ID or Touch ID, to log in to your Verily Me app. You can also choose to use your device's usual numeric passcode (PIN). If you do not have at least one biometric verification route set up on your phone already (Touch ID, Face ID, or passcode), you will be prompted to create one before you can proceed. This quick, one-time setup ensures that your sensitive health info is easily accessible by you and only you.
To log in with Face ID, click Turn on FaceID.
If you tap Decline on the Face ID screen, you can choose to use your device’s passcode to log in instead.
Notifications
Tap Turn on notifications to allow Verily Me to notify you when you can view your medical records, tasks, and messages.

Biometrics
To adjust biometric verification settings:
In the top left hand corner of the homepage, click your Profile icon.
From the menu, toggle or click on the Biometrics verification row.
Follow your on-screen prompts to open your mobile device’s Settings.
In your device Settings, Allow Face ID or biometrics for the Verily Me application.
Notifications
To adjust notification settings:
In the top left hand corner of the homepage, click your Profile icon.
From the menu, click on the Notification preferences row.
Use the toggles to adjust email and push notification settings for:
Tasks - For example, you have new or incomplete surveys to complete.
Messages - For example, you have new messages from your care team.
Mobile app troubleshooting
Restart the app
If the mobile app freezes or fails to load data as expected, you may need to complete a few steps to properly restart the app. To complete a hard reset:
On your device, force close the Verily Me app.
Apple iPhone - To see a list of apps you currently have open, either double click the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen. On the Verily Me tile, swipe up to force close the application.
Android - Long press, or hold down, the Verily Me app tile. Then, tap the Info icon and click Force Stop.
Open your device’s settings and turn on Airplane Mode.
Wait 5 seconds then turn Airplane Mode back off to refresh your network.
Back on your device’s homepage, click to open the Verily Me app again.
If you are still experiencing issues with the Verily Me mobile app, try the following steps to complete a deep reset:
Delete the Verily Me app from your mobile device.
Restart your mobile device.
Open the App Store or Google Play Store to reinstall the Verily Me app to your mobile device.
