Delete Verily Me account
You can request to delete or close your Verily Me account at any time. Once you delete or close your account, you will no longer be able to log in and all notifications will be stopped.
If your account is eligible for deletion, personal information will be permanently removed from Verily databases.
If you permanently close your account, Verily cannot fully delete your medical data due to clinical data retention laws. However, Verily will no longer collect your health records.
To formally request closure of your Verily Me account, send an email to Verily Me Support. In your email, include whether you would like to delete or close your account. Verily will determine which option is available to you based on your current account status (outlined in the table below).
To request account closure in the app:
In the top left of the homepage, click your Profile icon.
From the menu, click How to delete your account.
Follow the listed instructions. Specify if you would like to delete or close your account.
