If you are reporting something that went wrong with the app, please include:
The version of the Verily Me app you are currently using. You can find the version number listed at the very bottom of your Profile page.
The device model and operating system (OS) you are currently using > iPhone ##, Android, etc.
A screenshot or video of the error.
Submit questions or feedback in the app
You can also let us know how it's going from within the Verily Me app. To submit questions or provide feedback on your experience in the app so far:
In the top left hand corner of the homepage, click your Profile icon.
From the menu, click Contact Us.
You will be prompted to choose the topic of your feedback and provide a description.
At the bottom, click Send an Email to submit your feedback.
